I'll release Game Section 1.2 RC3.1 anyway when the domain transfer is finished, even if the plans aren't finished.

Understood. I've gone through a couple of host transfers myself before I found a reliable and well supported free hosting service for my sites so I know what a hassle it is to reestablish everything and to 'get the word out'.
